About the event

COVID-19 related lawsuits continue to rise. Employers were given the freedom to ask medical questions last year during the pandemic which also   opened the door for employees to do the same to coworkers. That trend is  continuing even for employers who have decided not to mandate the vaccine.   Employees and employers alike are reportedly now bullying and harassing each   other which could violate medical privacy under ADA, HIPAA, and state privacy   laws. No matter your opinion regarding vaccines, bullying and harassment   affects performance, mental and physical health, and does not positively   impact workplace culture. Learn what the issues and protections are and what   you can do to minimize risk of complaints.

This is a FREE event, but space is limited. Must Register. Serious registrants only.
