Pivot Management Professionals Named to Lead Cole's Camp


Cole’s Camp announced that, effective January 1, 2022, Pivot Management Professionals has assumed management duties of the organization. Pivot will partner with the Cole’s Camp Board to execute the daily tasks necessary to bring an expanded vision of the organization’s goals.


The Pivot team is led by Sara Decatoire, CAE, IOM and Sandra Wulf, CAE, IOM. Together, Decatoire and Wulf have a combined 50+ years of organization management experience. In addition to Cole’s Camp, Pivot Management Professionals also manage:

  • Illinois Defense Counsel

  • National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Illinois

  • Professional Liability Defense Federation

Due to the successful expansion of the Cole’s Camp organization, Decatoire will assume the new role of Executive Director and Sabrina Von Lanken will serve as Associate Director.

Pivot Management Professionals is led by Sara Decatoire, CAE, IOM and Sandra Wulf, CAE, IOM. Springfield natives, Ms. Decatoire and Ms. Wulf are association executives who have both earned the CAE designation - the highest certification for association executives - and are graduates of the Institute for Organization Management at Notre Dame University, where they earned the distinguished IOM designation. Ms. Decatoire is a graduate of University of Illinois at Springfield (1991) and Springfield College in Illinois (1990). Ms. Wulf is a graduate of Illinois State University (1992) and Springfield College in Illinois (1990).
