How to Better Engage With Your Customers

At AlignLife of Springfield, we have implemented several tactics to better engage with our patients, which have proved extremely popular.

On a more intimate level, we select a patient of the week as a means of recognizing the hard work and dedication they have put into their recovery. At the end of each calendar month, we bring together our patients of the week and take them to lunch to celebrate their achievements. We also ask our patients to provide feedback on our services and share their experiences on our blog and on our social media platforms. This way our patients feel they can talk about their journey with AlignLife of Springfield, celebrate their progress and recovery, and are part of our continued efforts to educate the public about the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. Our patients are integral to our marketing and regularly appear in our radio commercials.

We have also received great support from our patients during our Thanksgiving in July campaign which sees the donation of 1,000s of non-perishable items and hygiene products that we collect over the month and then deliver to a local nonprofit. Over the past five years, recipients have included Kumler Outreach Ministries, Helping Hands of Springfield, and Sojourn Shelter & Services.

During the holidays we collect items for the Family Service Center’s Tree of Wishes and the 15 agencies it supports. We have also organized a toy drive for the Mini O’Beirne Crisis Nursery and a coat drive for The James Project.

Our annual 5k in Washington Park has attracted many of our patients, their families, and friends over the years. It’s a great event, which brings people together but also raises money for charity.

By including our patients in the community work we do, celebrating their achievements, and continually seeking feedback we can improve our services, reach, and grow our business. Our patients are the backbone of AlignLife and it is so important to include them in our journey.
